An arm lift, also termed a brachioplasty, is a surgical procedure to tighten loose and sagging skin of the upper arms. It typically involves liposuction of the upper arm possibly combined with surgical excision of excess skin. Surgical excision of excess skin results in a scar, but incision placement is positioned in a conspicuous location of the inner arm. If you are concerned about the appearance of your upper arm, an arm lift may be right for you.
