They will also ask about your medical history, personal concerns, and aesthetic goals, and they will assess your skin condition and quality. Our Facial Rejuvenation Options
We offer a wide range of facial rejuvenation options to address concerns affecting the upper, middle, and lower face. During your personal consultation, your board-certified plastic surgeon or certified skin specialist will help you determine which procedure, or combination of procedures, is most effective for you.
Buccal Fat Removal
Buccal fat removal is a procedure that removes the excess fat from your cheeks to sharpen the appearance of the cheekbones and create a sharper, more slender appearance. (1) This procedure is ideal for those who may be struggling to address excess fullness in the cheeks, regardless of diet or exercise habits.
Corner Mouth Lift
A corner mouth lift, also known as oral commissure surgery, addresses the appearance of downward-turned corners at the mouth. (2) Corner mouth lifts can help you achieve a friendlier resting face, address the appearance of drooping lips, and prevent the tapering of your lips, contributing to a more youthful and positive-looking appearance.
Submental Liposuction
Submental liposuction is a procedure that uses a cannula to eliminate fat from beneath the chin, or the submental area. This procedure can address the appearance of a double chin or excess fullness that may be affecting the definition of your jawline and neck. This procedure is often combined with chin augmentation, which uses implants to improve the appearance and sculpt of the chin for those with a recessed or underprojected appearance. (3)
CO2 Laser
CO2 laser resurfacing is a skin remodeling treatment that uses laser technology to remove the outermost layer of your skin and stimulate the production of new collagen. At our practice, we carry the DOT Laser, which can correct the appearance of concerns such as facial scarring, wrinkles, creases, and more.
Liquid Rhinoplasty
A liquid rhinoplasty is a non-surgical treatment that uses dermal fillers to refine the shape, symmetry, and overall appearance of the nose. (4) Your specialist can administer the dermal filler of your choice to various nasal regions to address concerns such as an overpronounced dorsal humps, a drooping nasal tip, or asymmetry.
Surgical Rhinoplasty (Nose Surgery)
A rhinoplasty is a surgical procedure that can refine the shape, symmetry, and structure of the nose by reshaping or removing the nasal cartilage, bone, and soft tissues. Rhinoplasty can address structural concerns affecting breathing, such as enlarged turbinates or a deviated septum, as well as aesthetic concerns such as a wide nostril base. (5)
Facial Fat Grafting (Fat Transfer to the Face)
Facial fat grafting uses your body’s own fat to restore a more contoured and voluminous appearance. Your surgeon will first use liposuction to take excess fat from other areas, such as the abdomen, thighs, or jowls, before redistributing it to effectively fill in visible signs of aging, address scarring, and improve the definition of your facial features. (6)
Brow Lift
A brow lift, also known as a forehead lift, can elevate the position of your eyebrows and restore a tighter look and feel to the forehead. This procedure can reduce inelastic skin around the upper face, soften visible signs of aging, correct the appearance of asymmetry, and address descending eyebrows. (7)
Upper and Lower Eyelifts
An upper and/or lower eyelift, or blepharoplasty, is a procedure that removes excess skin from the eyelids to restore a smoother, more alert, and more defined appearance. (8) Our surgeons can perform this procedure on either the upper or lower eyelids separately, or combine both into one procedure to comprehensively address concerns around the eyes.
Neck Lift
A neck lift tightens the skin, tissues, and muscles around the neck to accentuate its natural contours and shape. Neck lifts can effectively address the development of jowls, address muscle banding, and reduce inelastic skin, allowing you to achieve a more chiseled and defined look. (9)
Facelift
A facelift elevates and repositions the skin, soft tissues, and underlying facial muscles to restore a more contoured and youthful-looking appearance across the middle and lower regions of the face. (10) Many patients undergo this procedure to correct concerns such as sagging facial skin, hollow under-eyes, fine lines, crow’s feet, and more.

FAQ
What regions of the face can facial rejuvenation treat?
Our facial rejuvenation procedures can address almost any of your facial concerns! More specifically, patients commonly seek to address features and areas such as the mouth, chin, nose, eyebrows, eyelids, neck, midface, and lower face. With our full suite of facial rejuvenation procedures, we will likely be able to recommend something that can be tailored to your needs.
Do you offer both surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation options?
Yes, we offer both surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation. Patients looking for more subtle or temporary solutions—or those who simply do not want to undergo surgery—often gravitate toward non-surgical procedures. Patients with more advanced facial aging often benefit from surgical procedures. The best type of procedure for you will depend on the details of your unique case.
What is the difference between a liquid rhinoplasty and a regular rhinoplasty?
A liquid rhinoplasty is a non-surgical treatment that uses dermal fillers and injectables to alter the shape of the nose. On the other hand, traditional rhinoplasty is a complex surgical procedure that reshapes the structure of the nose, including the cartilage, bony structures, and soft tissues, to address aesthetic or functional concerns. A liquid rhinoplasty offers temporary benefits and cannot address functional concerns. Traditional rhinoplasty offers essentially permanent results, though the nose will naturally change in appearance over time due to the processes of aging.
Can my plastic surgeon perform an upper and lower eyelift at the same time?
Yes, your plastic surgeon can combine an upper and lower eyelift to provide you with more comprehensive rejuvenation. This is often known as a quad blepharoplasty.
Where will my plastic surgeon source fat from for facial fat grafting?
This will be your own body fat. Your plastic surgeon will use liposuction techniques to take fat from areas of the body such as your thighs, jowls, flanks, or buttocks.
