Preparation
The LMNT Red Light Device does not require extensive pre-treatment preparation. Before use, ensure the device has been fully charged or is plugged in fully. You should cleanse and dry your face as normal, ensuring the treatment area is free from any oils, makeup products, or skincare products. This will allow the light to fully and consistently penetrate the skin. We can provide and discuss any further preparation instructions during a personal consultation.
Procedure
The LMNT Red Light Device is easy to use at home. It often only takes 10-20 minutes per area, depending on your desired outcomes. The device should be switched on and set to its red and near-infrared modes, emitting 633 nm and 830 nm wavelengths, respectively. The device will emit a gentle red light without heat or pressure. The device should be held just above the skin and passed evenly over the area to distribute the light and energy. This process can be repeated several times.
