Holly D. Hodge, RN, BSN, CANS has spent more than 30 years caring for patients in plastic surgery, skincare and aesthetics. A University of Kentucky graduate, Holly joined PSL in 2017, bringing medical-grade skincare and non-surgical aesthetic treatments to the practice. Holly is a member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses as well as the Kentucky Association of Medical Aesthetic Providers.

As a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, Holly is known for her gentle touch, natural-looking results and personalized approach. She is committed to continuing education and safe, science-based care. “Ultimately, I want to help my patients age in a way that feels natural and elegant!”

 A Lexington native, Holly enjoys UK basketball, cooking and traveling with her husband, Greg. They have two adult sons, Nick and Alex.
